Today I did terrible at my diet.  I've been really good about working out lately though.

Tomorrow I will run 20 min, urg 20 min, and do the ABS thing me and Dallin did last week.

Today I finally get to really kick off my strict diet/workout plan.
I'm meeting the boys at the gym at 3 for cross fit.
Tonight I am not eating out for celebrity birthday celebrations.
I am eating well and drinking water.

I've only ever done cross fit two times, but so far I really like it. I hope to learn a lot of good workouts I can continue to use on my mission.

today has been a success in my diet, I am going to the gym, and I will do abs tonight.

woof.

Even though I have been really good about exercising this semester and decent with my diet--yeah I could be doing better--I feel like I am loosing NO weight.  I can see and feel that I am getting abbies under my fluff, but I think in order to actually SEE it I am going to have to go back to two a days and cut back my calories a couple hundred a day.  Easy enough, especially now that it is warmer outside and going to run at 6 isn't as brooootal.

Round Two: Ding Ding Fight!

Well, between finals, boys, homework, stress, the holidays, and multiple other excuses I failed in my weight loss goal for last semester. I've been good--more or less--this semester so far; however, I know I could be better.
I thought if I started posting pictures again and tracking my progress it might help me. My new fri-pod has this cool app I can use to track calories and workouts, but visual tracking might be good too.

Today I will start with day one pictures.

I have my daily routine pretty much figured out:
Abs
Run 20 min
Eliptical weight loss cycle
Bike 20 min

But tonight I am starting 30 day shred with my roommates.

again...

Things got pretty crazy at home the last week or so, so I kind of had to stop working out. I have started up p90x again this week and have started JM 30 day shread since I have been back at school--I can tell I am in a better place than starting the first time.
